All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that some handcrafted or backordered items may require additional processing time. Estimated processing times will be displayed on the product page where applicable.

Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your package in real time.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
